We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Language Support Representative to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Support Consultant.
In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support to clients via various channels, utilizing your excellent language skills and technical abilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-class customer service to clients via phone calls, live chat, and email.

- Meeting or exceeding minimum requirements for availability and quality metrics.
**Key Requirements:**
