At OpenLearning Global (M) Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with various teams.

This role involves:

  • Engaging proactively with potential clients and partners to identify business opportunities.
  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients and partners, understanding their priorities and needs to offer effective solutions.
  • Serving as the voice of clients, communicating their product and business needs to stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing account management plans to enhance client retention, drive revenue growth, and increase gross profit.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in EdTech or Education, training, corporate learning, and lifelong learning sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in increasing client revenue, consultative negotiation, and creative problem-solving.
  • Client-focused with excellent customer success and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive in driving outcomes, able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
