The Senior Manager, Leasing will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to improve profitability and achieve leasing KPIs.
  • Managing the leasing budget and reviewing performance to ensure budget and KPI achievement.
  • Oversseeing the occupancy rate of the mall, ensuring optimal tenancy mix, trade mix, and brand mix aligned with leasing strategies.
  • Ensuring all leasing reports and documentation are accurately recorded and filed according to company SOP.

A strong understanding of property management principles and practices is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in property management, retail development, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
