International Partnerships and Growth Specialist

Tranglo is seeking a highly motivated International Partnerships and Growth Specialist to join our partnership development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships across the globe.
About the RoleYou will play a crucial role in expanding our partnerships across the Middle East, Europe, Canada US, and Malaysia. Your expertise in related industries such as remittance, payment, financial services, client/personal banking, and Fintech will be highly valued.
You will work closely with our product development team to further identify growth opportunities and lead our corporate payment segment. Your ability to manage stakeholders, analyze market trends, and create proposals will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: Expand partnerships across the Middle East, Europe, Canada US, and Malaysia.
- Lead Conversion: Convert incoming leads and filter prospects for various business models.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders to complete the onboarding process.
- Account Management: Manage existing partners, expand new markets, and create proposals to strengthen partner relationships.
- Growth Opportunities: Analyze market trends, new market opportunities, and tackle growth hurdles.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in B2B/software sales/payment model sales and account management in the fintech/payments/tech industry. You will also require relevant growth/networking in the Middle East/Europe/Canada US industry and familiar with regulatory/payment requirements.
