Senior Strategic Partnership Manager

This senior-level Strategic Partnership Manager position is responsible for driving business growth and expansion for Ant International's Financial Institution (FI) clients. You will lead a team of business development professionals and collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our FI clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of business development professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities with FI clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted solutions that meet the evolving needs of our FI clients.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to FI clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our integrated payment and marketing solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations with FI clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience, 3 years in a related industry preferably.
  • Demonstrated success as a Strategic Partnership Manager, preferably within the payment and marketing solutions industries, focusing on servicing Financial Institutions.
  • Profound comprehension of payment processing systems, cutting-edge marketing technologies, and compliance standards applicable to FIs.
  • Proven track record of exceptional business development skills and exceeding sales targets across diverse solutions.
