Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers for our financial products. You will analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies to meet their financial needs. Your role will involve conducting in-depth reviews of client's financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims. You will also promote and sell financial products to meet given or negotiated sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good communication skills, enjoy meeting people, and be energetic, motivated, self-disciplined, and responsible. A Diploma/Degree holder in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in any field, preferably in sales, is preferred. Computer literacy with basic knowledge is also required. Job training and coaching will be provided.

Benefits: In addition to the competitive salary package, you will receive a range of benefits, including a monthly bonus of RM 2,000 to RM 10,000, a roadmap to manager level in 1 year, attractive commission schemes, overseas trips, commissions up to 40% for consecutive 6 years, and bonus up to 8% for consecutive 3 years. This position is based on monthly allowance, bonus (8%++ x 3 years), and commission (20-40%++ x 6 years).
