As a CLIENT SUCCESS STRATEGIST at Swingvy Pte Ltd, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses.

You'll also work closely with our team to drive installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups, and escalation management.

Key Performance Indicators
  • To ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • To collaborate with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through the upsell of new services and contract renewals.
  • To evangelise new product features & provide customer feedback to Swingvy product management and engineering groups.
  • To work cross-functionally to drive installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups, and escalation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform data analysis.
