Role Overview

Sutherland is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Tech Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Tech Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Utilize data analysis and keen observations to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Manage Technical Operations: Ensure seamless technical operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Must have hands-on experience in managing sales and tech operations.
  • Ability to do a root-cause analysis to improve key performance.
  • Effective Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision within 90 days.
  • Must be able to manage client communications and reviews.
  • Champion of employee experience:
    • Drive morale in collaboration with HR and Dr. Fun/Engagement Manager.
  • Must be proactive in identifying people and process issues.
  • Focus on all aspects of operations:
    • Productivity, quality, people, and profitability.
