Coupled with their extensive network of regional partners, they are currently looking for a Business Development Executive in a key role with strong client management and business development experience to drive their growing business to the next level.
**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gain insights into the client's business to uncover new opportunities organization-wide.
- Identify potential areas for account growth by analyzing sales patterns.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships at all levels of the client organization.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, gather feedback, and address business needs to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and increase revenue and gross profit of key accounts, ensuring profitability meets annual targets.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for distinct enterprise accounts, identifying upselling opportunities and managing contract renegotiations.
- Develop and maintain detailed Account Plans encompassing strategic elements such as overall account strategy, business outlook, relationship mapping, and key activities.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma & above with B2B sales and solution-based selling experience in a highly competitive setting, showcasing network and account growth.
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Good command of English, BM, & Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
- Sales professionals who lack the experience but are interested in IT sales are highly encouraged to apply.
