SME Customer Engagement Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Servicing Customers - Provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of larger SME customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant business banking products.
- Engaging Customers - Foster strong relationships with key community banking customers through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Managing Risk - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Delivering Results - Achieve revenue growth targets and exceed customer satisfaction levels, contributing to the bank's overall success.
- Adhering to Policies - Perform duties in accordance with laws, regulations, rules, and policies, ensuring an acceptable and professional service is delivered to valued business customers.
Job Requirements
- A recognized Diploma/Degree or equivalent is required for this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in loans sales, account management, or relationship management is necessary, preferably in a financial institution or a service provider involved in consultancy, pharmacy, IT, logistic services, trading, and industrial products wholesale or retail.
