Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within our organization, including assisting with day-to-day tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote Experian proprietary risk management solutions amongst business users.

The Account Relationship Manager will work closely with different teams within our organization, gaining exposure to diverse departments and valuable work experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and commitment to performing duties related to daily operational processes
  • Challenging when appropriate and driving activity within business areas

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1 year of sales experience preferred – SME sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of operations and experience working in a fast-paced environment or a related financial institution
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other essential software tools is considered an added advantage
  • Experience in supervising a team of staff towards set goals will be an added advantage
