Client Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Client Partnership Manager to join our team at Hiredly X. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the tech industry, recommend strategies and solutions that meet their needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
About the Role- This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success or sales & marketing, with excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and establishing contact with potential clients
- Following industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend marketing strategies
- Scheduling and presenting company offerings with potential clients
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Evaluating client needs and promoting relevant services
- Working closely with product development and technical support teams to deliver exceptional results
- Diploma/degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
