We are looking for a highly skilled Client Management Executive to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and expand our market share.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and acquire new client opportunities to expand our business footprint.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client management, business development, or partnership.
  • Strong stakeholder and team player skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
