The Telephone Support Agent role at Prudential requires individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations, displaying ownership for customer requests, and providing a polite, professional, and accurate response.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues.
  • Process Optimization: Work with Team Leaders and Managers to review processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes where necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new or enhanced products/services to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma or Degree from a recognized college or university.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in a call center and/or customer service role in the servicing industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to speak and write Mandarin and/or Chinese dialects an added advantage.
