We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the human resources function at one of our prestigious manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the HR Function: Oversee the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled employees, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving employee concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
  • Performance Management and Development: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, assess training needs, and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations, and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of foreign labour to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
