Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering/Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of sixteen (16) years of working experience in a related field and managing a similar scale project in an environment close to Prasarana Malaysia Berhad.
  • Practical experience, industry knowledge, and a track record of success in Open Payments System leadership roles.
  • Knowledge on Open Payments Industry with a comprehensive understanding of the payments industry landscape, including knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Development Experience in overseeing the development and enhancement of payment products and services.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence non-technical stakeholders in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering Open Payments System with customer experience as the top priority.
  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks associated with payment processing, fraud prevention, and data security.
  • Financial Acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, assess performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
