Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Account Manager: In-Country APAC & MENA. Based in Cyberjaya, the position offers flexibility to work from home occasionally. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Skill Requirements
- Fostering strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service
- Strong interest in business development and sales
- Knowledge of APAC & MENA markets and industries is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in IT, eServices, or related sectors preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Law, MassComm or related field. Fresh MBA graduates are also welcome to apply.
