We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team, responsible for driving business success by developing and implementing effective HR strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating workplace issues, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Case Investigation & Disciplinary Actions:
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee misconduct, gathering evidence and preparing reports that meet legal requirements.
- Handle disciplinary cases, including issuing show cause letters, suspension letters, warning letters, dismissal letters, and termination notices in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance the efficiency of disciplinary actions.
Domestic Inquiry (DI) Management:
- Act as the Prosecuting Officer (PO) or Secretary in Domestic Inquiries, upholding fairness and transparency throughout the proceedings.
- Prepare charge sheets, compile evidence, and present cases during DI proceedings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor DI procedures to ensure they are conducted fairly and comply with labor laws, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Draft DI minutes and reports for management's decision-making, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and investigation findings, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Employee Grievance Handling:
- Address employee complaints and grievances in a fair and professional manner, promoting a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on conflict resolution techniques, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Mediate disputes to prevent escalation, encouraging open dialogue and constructive feedback.
Compliance & Legal Advisory:
- Collaborate with external legal advisors when necessary to ensure alignment with labor regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in updating internal policies to reflect changing labor laws and regulatory requirements, minimizing potential risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3.0 CGPA in any academic discipline; relevant degree required.
- SPM Results: Must obtain at least Credits in all subjects; have at least one A in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mathematics.
- No work experience required; however, candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial relations and HR practices.
- Excellent time management skills, proficiency in computer literacy, and good report writing abilities.
