The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our CEO's office. As a key member of our Strategy & Operations team, you'll drive key strategic initiatives across the globe, working closely with the executive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating cross-functional deep-dives and special projects to address business gaps and opportunities.
- Managing stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and effective project execution.
- Preparing materials for business reviews, highlighting progress, key risks, and dependencies.
- Providing strategic guidance to working-level project teams and stakeholders to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks.
- Taking a data-driven approach to ensure the overall healthiness of the organization.
- Contributing to IPO readiness initiatives.
We're looking for a self-starter with:
- 8+ years of experience in a fast-growing tech startup, top-tier strategy/management consulting, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Technology, financial services, and/or experience in a high-growth environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA and experience in driving tangible outcomes, strategic thinking, and collaboration across functions and cultures.
