Taylor's University is seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor to lead our hospitality analytics/hotel revenue management program. As a senior faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching, research, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Research: Develop and teach courses related to hospitality analytics and hotel revenue management, and engage in research activities.
- Program Development: Contribute to the development of the hospitality analytics/hotel revenue management program.
- Departmental Contributions: Participate in departmental meetings and committees, and contribute to the development of the department.
- PhD in Tourism or Hospitality Management from a recognised university.
- At least 5 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
- A strong publication record with at least 7-10 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years.
- Secured research grant(s) as Principal Investigator worth RM75,000-RM100,000 (cumulative).
- Graduated at least 2 PhD students.
- H-index of minimum 5.
