Job Responsibilities

The Talent Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employer branding, culture and values, talent management, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will develop a clear roadmap for coworker professional development, outlining potential roles and opportunities for growth based on skills and goals.

  • Define the company's leadership and team development learning roadmap and offer.
  • Support the organization with a systematic approach to leadership development.
  • Individual coaching of leaders and management teams for effective leadership.
  • Responsible for leadership assessment tools and support leaders with guidelines for purpose and feedback process.
  • Develop and facilitate programs to support leadership facilitator competency.
  • Point of entry for global initiatives on culture and values, aligning and integrating across the organization.
  • Lead the annual succession planning review process and develop High Potential leadership/talent programs based on the outcome.
  • Develop Mentorship program framework and outline across the company.
  • Resource for Team Development, Mentoring, and Coaching when needed.
  • Point of entry for global systems on development initiatives and company representative in global forums.
  • Drive a performance culture through the performance management process.
  • Develop and drive employer branding and talent acquisition strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' proven track record in talent management, preferably gained from a fast-paced environment.
  • Great leadership and development consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into systematic and practical solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to diagnose and innovate strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate across all levels of business.

Remuneration

RM 15,000 to RM 17,000
