Casual leasing and advertising specialist responsible for supporting the marketing manager in achieving key objectives related to casual leasing of promotional spaces, implementation of marketing events, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive personality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing manager in casual leasing of promotional spaces.
  • Plan and execute community-driven events and campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to set up events, roadshows, fairs, and activities.
  • Develop relationships with tenants and exhibitors to secure take-up of promotional spaces.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business, or related field required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shopping centre or retail industry marketing.
  • Strong experience in sales field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
