Job Description:

This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Executive at E-Document Solution Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for discovering and exploring sales prospects, promoting products to potential customers, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leads: Responsible for generating and managing sales leads to drive business growth.
  2. Sales Activity Management: Manage sales activity within the designated business portfolio and product range.
  3. Product Promotion: Promote and demonstrate the Company's product to new and prospective leads.
  4. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor's business-related activities.
  5. Lead Proposal and Negotiation: Give lead proposals, negotiate, and confirm sales deals.
  6. Prospecting and Appointment Goals: Achieve weekly prospecting and face-to-face appointment goals.
  7. Time Management and Reporting: Maintain self-time management and punctuality of reporting submission.
  8. Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business studies or relevant discipline.
  2. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the sales line, preferably from the office automation products industry.
  3. Computer Literate (Able to use Microsoft Office software effectively (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  4. Good Customer Service skills & knowledge.
  5. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage.
