Job Overview

Seratech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales and Marketing Executive to manage a portfolio of accounts, develop positive customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of account management strategies to achieve long-term success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and quality specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.
  • Prepare customized quotations, negotiate prices, and analyze alternatives to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and supervise accounts to ensure sales growth and provide regular status updates.
  • Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Hands-on experience in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, result-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
  • Mature, committed, responsible, and reliable team player.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and answer inquiries promptly.
  • Preference given to those with experience in the building materials industry.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess own transport.
