In this role, you will have the opportunity to exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information. You will work closely with our team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 passes in SPM or equivalent is required, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage.
