- Customer Onboarding and Management
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Implement processes to ensure timely issue resolution and escalation
- Building Strong Customer Relationships
- Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and feedback
- Work closely with customers to identify and capitalize on up-sell opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
- Driving Revenue Growth

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
