Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to lead our Middle East customer service team. As a key member of our global customer service management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across Dubai and the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the performance of customer service teams across Dubai and the region, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead training and development initiatives to upskill and reskill customer service teams
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Experience working in the FinTech industry, preferably in a regional or global capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
