Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met. As a key member of our contact center operations, you will be responsible for managing and supporting internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated complaints efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and analytical skills, with a working knowledge of staffing models, scheduling, and telecom opportunities. This role requires effective communication skills to interact with senior executives and other business units, as well as negotiation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including statistical report writing.
Responsibilities
- Manage call center operations while providing backup support for the Hong Kong lead during periods of absence.
- Collaborate with local Member Relations teams to align on strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding email handling, inbound and outbound call procedures, and transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback, proposing solutions to improve customer experiences.
