Sinclair WP, a leader in the aesthetic industry, seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and foster long-term partnerships with clinics and aesthetic professionals.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires building, maintaining, and managing relationships with key accounts. The successful candidate will promote and sell Sinclair products, providing expertise on their features and benefits. This involves understanding customer needs, negotiating, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to identify market trends and develop strategies to increase sales. As a Key Account Manager, your goal is to drive sales growth, foster long-term partnerships, and achieve revenue targets in the aesthetic industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of contracting with territory accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Achieve objectives defined for each account/territory.
  • Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence.
  • Leverage portfolio and increase market share of Sinclair's products.
  • Develop and manage relationships with support teams, decision-makers, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities in the defined accounts for further strategic synergies.
  • Provide training and support about the proper use of Sinclair products and advise on best practice management, through training events.
  • Plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results.
  • Define and execute monthly action plans for assigned accounts.
  • Effectively utilize promotional activities in line with company strategy.
