About the role

The Channel Company is seeking a Channel Growth Strategist to join our delivery team covering the APAC region. This high-visibility, high-impact role will work across both our events and media offerings, leading campaigns for key client accounts and advising internal stakeholders and clients on performance and ongoing delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering media campaigns in a client-facing role, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.

You'll be joining a fun, supportive, and hardworking global customer success and delivery team. It's a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where ideas are welcome, creativity is encouraged, and support is given.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our key client accounts through successful campaign delivery and re-booking.
  • Leading client and internal project calls.
  • Set up, delivery, reporting, and feedback of campaigns.
  • A trusted voice to clients – consultancy role to them and able to upsell and cross-sell to them.
