International Sales Liaison Executive

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the WKAU Sales Team and serving as a key liaison between the Australian factory and the Asia-Pacific market. This includes taking the administrative load from the WKAU Sales Team and supporting them in their daily tasks, providing customer support by assisting with sales procedures, showing initiative and exceptional attention to detail, and helping the company improve its sales process and productivity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Take the administrative load from the WKAU Sales Team and support them in their daily tasks.
- Customer Support: Provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures.
- Process Improvement: Show initiative and exceptional attention to detail and help the company improve its sales process and productivity.
- Sales Activities Support: Support the WKAU Sales Team in relation to specific sales/marketing activities, e.g. Fairs and Product Launches.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and account management to our clients/dealers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent administrative experience, strong customer service skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work with OFFICE 365 (Word, Excel, PP), Salesforce, and PDF Writer etc. Additionally, basic CAD experience is preferred but not essential. Time management and organisational skills, teamwork and motivational skills, analytical and multitasking skills are also required.
