Sales Territory Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the Perak region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
