Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Growth & Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue for our lodging partners, leveraging Expedia Group's tool kit and expertise.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned lodging partners, providing comprehensive support and guidance across all aspects of their business with Expedia.
  • Partner Success Strategies: Develop and implement partner success strategies aligned with Expedia's overall objectives, ensuring the success of our lodging partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address partner concerns and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communication: Keep partners informed about new product features, programs, and initiatives, and represent their needs and interests within Expedia.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Empower partners with the knowledge and resources they need to maximize their success on Expedia's platforms.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to enhance partner success strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Native proficiency in Korean language and English. Additional Mandarin language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales/revenue management, account management, inside sales or business development preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently as well as be a strong team worker, ensuring the whole team wins. Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety of targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives set by the leadership team.
  • Personal Qualities: Hungry, determined, motivated, willing to take action and results-focused. Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details. Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations.
