Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team in Klang Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating distributor teams, achieving sales targets, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate distributor teams and their activities at the point of sales to achieve sales targets.
  2. Search for incremental opportunities to increase company sales through new distribution, shelf space, and second placement activities.
  3. Conduct market intelligence in given outlets, collecting sales data and competitor activities.

Distribution and Range
  1. Ensure portfolio distribution in given stores according to the MasterStock List.
  2. Coordinate new product launches with distributor teams and ensure target distribution is achieved.

Shelf Management
  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with planograms guidelines issued by the central office, detecting and managing opportunities.

Second Placements
  1. Monitor and ensure second placements are executed according to plan.
  2. Ensure correct implementation of products on second displays based on planograms and guidelines established.

Pricing and Promotions

Ensure compliance with centrally agreed pricing and promotional plan.


Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG.
  2. Experience in General Trade.
  3. Good knowledge of MS Office.
  4. Good knowledge of English, additional local dialect an advantage.
  5. Advantage if you have good knowledge of outlets in Klang Valley area.
