Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans aligned with our overall strategic goals. Set market expansion targets, allocate sales resources, track performance, regularly review business, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and develop our core clients through regular visits, participate in critical contract negotiations, and promote long-term cooperation and growth with major clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the entire sales team, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and oversee performance evaluations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitors and trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to formulate and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Proven experience in setting market expansion targets, allocating resources, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Expertise in managing and developing key client relationships, participating in high-level contract negotiations, and fostering long-term business growth with major clients.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Deep understanding of market analysis, competitor monitoring, and the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic decision-making based on market trends and business performance.

Remuneration: Ringgit 10,000 - Ringgit 15,000 per annum.
