About the Role:
- This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty, minimize churn, and maximize lifetime value.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, personalized support, and proactive engagement.

- You will conduct regular analysis of partner needs, behavior patterns, and usage trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or customization of products/services.
- Staying updated on marketing promotions and their terms and conditions offered by the company, effectively communicating them to partners is essential.
- You will monitor partner satisfaction levels and sentiment indicators, tracking key metrics and KPIs and identifies areas for improvement.
- This role requires addressing partner concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex or sensitive matters to appropriate channels as needed to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure alignment on partner needs and deliver seamless partner experience.
- You will be responsible for conveying partner requirements to the business development officer partner relations, who in turn informs the partner relations platform engineer for improvements to the partner relations platform management system.
- Familiarizing yourself with the partner relations platform to navigate effectively after receiving support from the partner relations platform administrators is necessary.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner retention is crucial to continuously seek opportunities to improve the company's retention efforts.
- Acting in the best interest of the company at all times and collaborating with the rest of the partner relations team to promote the company's services effectively is required.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development roles, with experience within the financial services industry considered an advantage.
- Fluent speaker with excellent oral and written skills in Malay & English (Mandarin is considered an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills are necessary.
- Confident, persuasive, and ambitious individuals are ideal for this role.
- Self-motivated individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high level of organization is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure is necessary.
- DYNAMIC, INNOVATIVE AND TARGET ORIENTED COMPUTER LITERATE individuals are preferred.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
