We are looking for a Service Pillar Manager to efficiently manage MAGGI Service Pillar activities in line with brand communication strategy. The ideal candidate will drive development of communication strategy and execution plan that promotes service dimension, ensuring effective implementation of corporate MAGGI communication activities.
A Day in the Life
- Align with Brand marketing to develop a communication strategy that strengthens brand equity and maximizes investment in service pillar communication.
- Monitor the impact of service pillar activities on brand health tracking objectives.
- Develop a Service Pillar marketing communication plan aligned with brand/category/product strategy.
- Bring to life the service pillar dimension at corporate and brand/product level in coordination with Brand Marketing team.
- Accountable for creating engaging brand experiences by bringing to life the brand's Big Idea across agreed service pillar touchpoints.
- Propose optimal budgets for corporate initiatives based on agreed service pillar plan.
- Provide monthly reporting and monitoring system for cost-effectiveness.
