Client Relationship Strategist

- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for assigned industry sectors. Identify opportunities for new business and revenue expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are met through our solutions. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within the assigned sectors, expanding our market presence.
- Solution Selling & Consultative Approach: Understand customer challenges and requirements, offering tailored Enterprise solutions that provide value and drive business impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and customer success, to align efforts and deliver seamless solutions.
- Account Strategy & Planning: Develop detailed account plans to maximize client engagement, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and closing deals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and provide market intelligence.
- Partner Engagement: Cultivate relationships with strategic partners to enhance solution offerings and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Customer Advocacy & Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
