Frontline Customer Experience Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through proactive communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide informed advice and recommendations.
- Contributing to process improvements by suggesting ideas and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Audiology, Medical Science or any field related to hearing care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a similar environment.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of the retail environment.
