About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing relationships, and supporting sales efforts for our IT hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and research to build a pipeline for IT hardware solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, responding promptly to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT hardware solutions from our product offerings, ensuring they align with their requirements and budget.
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, pricing, and tracking project milestones, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to clients.
- Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with program managers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
