As a Sales Growth Specialist at Sibelco Group, you will be responsible for achieving maximum profitable growth and sales objectives in line with our vision, strategic objectives and policies in the geographic sub-regional area assigned.
You will identify new sales opportunities, commercialize new products, and develop sales into new applications in conjunction with the Technical Sales Manager.
You will visit customers and potential customers, find and develop new opportunities to achieve the highest value.
Develop an understanding of the products that will help to sell formulation solutions.
You will produce accurate visit reports for all visits and calls and keep customer data updated in CRM and other databases.
Key responsibilities include developing a thorough grasp of the market, including customer needs, competitors, trends, impact of local legislation.
You will develop and achieve budgeted sales targets year after year.
You will set prices and payment terms in line with Sibelco's pricing and payment structures for the region and application and achieve the end financial target; receivables, payment terms.
You will map competition to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
You will provide operations and supply chain with on time information to schedule the activities for the short/medium/long term period.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree or equivalent in economics, marketing, and significant prior experience in sales role in mineral industry or related industry.
Proficient verbal & writing skills in English are required. Spanish/Portuguese – proficient verbal & writing are also necessary.
Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing are required.
