Growth Oriented Business Development Manager

We are a leading online research solution platform that offers innovative solutions to businesses. Our platform consists of over 65 million online consumer panelists across 16 APAC countries, ranging from consumers to CEOs.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling market research sales requests, managing client accounts, and ensuring our customers achieve their research goals. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in technical areas such as data analysis and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Market Research Strategies: Design and implement effective market research strategies to meet client objectives.
- Lead Client Projects: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive updates.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements and Skills:
- Languages: Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B sales and/or customer success roles.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving results through independent ownership of meetings with key decision-makers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
