We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team at Dong Yang Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve elevator performance
- Prepare regular technical reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge with good leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
