About the Position

The Organizational Development Specialist role at Liberty General Insurance Berhad is a unique opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to drive organizational growth and improvement through strategic talent development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Development
    • Design and deliver tailored talent programmes to enhance employee capabilities and drive business success.
  • Training Administration
    • Manage the LMS platform, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient training delivery.
  • Internal Communication
    • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote organizational goals.
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design, Educational or Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in L&D roles, preferably in an insurance or education sector.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
