Your Role:

You will be the front-line representative of our club, interacting with members, prospects, and team members daily. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop marketing campaigns, promote services, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Member Experience and Community: Support team members to ensure a seamless member experience, address concerns promptly, and increase brand awareness in the community.
  • Working with Others: Foster strong relationships with team members, contribute to cross-club discussions, and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
  • Operations: Assist in managing club performance, planning marketing campaigns, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in any industry (fitness experience not required).
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day per week.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
