We are a leading food and beverage company with a strong presence in the Asian market. Our products are widely available in major cities and countries across the region.
- To achieve sales turnover and profit targets, improve margin, and seize sales opportunities at store level.
- Enhance and grow market share of our product categories, attain distribution targets, and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs (MSS) and desired shelf shares.
Stakeholder Management:
- Lead cross-functional relationships to create a superior internal customer experience.
People Management:
- Supervise sales team activities to ensure effective business outcomes, assess regional sales development needs, and identify training requirements.
- Train, coach, and lead the sales team, monitoring and reporting on performance.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide coaching to the sales force.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial discipline or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of FMCG experience, preferably 3 years in Modern Trade Key Account Management.
- Excellent key account management and negotiation skills.
- Strong ownership, customer focus, and ROI driven mindset.
- SAP and DMS knowledge is an advantage.
