What You'll Do
Build & maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively assessing, clarifying & validating customer needs & developing plans to deliver better results.
Regular coverage (with defined route plan and fixed coverage frequency) for each customer, main contractors, project owners, developers, AEC (architect, engineer, and consultant).
Own planning & execution of sales strategy & action plan for respective customers to achieve sales target, profitability goal & market share.
Partner with Head of Business Development to execute the strategies and deliver target/goals.
Collaborate with other departments (i.e. trade marketing, marketing, technical solution, commercial, credit & demand/supply team) to address customer needs & issue resolution to enable delivery of sales target & business priorities.
Adhere to all Company principles, policies, and local legal regulations including company health, safety, environment & community (HSEC) policies.
What You Need to Succeed
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Civil/Structure Engineering or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
3 – 5 years of experience with good sales or trading experience, preferably in Key Account Management and Building & Construction industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in establishing customer relationships for long-term business benefits.
