Key Account Managers (Sales team) are a group of innovative, professional and aggressive people that develop tailored product solutions and proposals as well as business partnership opportunities for various parties in the industry. Each individual is given the empowerment to support and grow their accounts or industries while keeping a win-win business relationship. You are expected to leverage our wide range of business networks on top of diversified technical solutions to ensure brand exposure and to introduce more prospective clients to our reliable and feasible products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities with new customers for market expansion.
- Drive revenue for Neuropower by seeking partnerships with various parties.
- Implement compelling sales strategies and consultative approaches to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing desirable and feasible initiatives.
- Develop best practices in client interaction, sales and after sales support for each customer.
- Develop persuasive and convincing sales presentations professionally using market trends, case studies, etc.
- Ensure good relationship with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments.
- Provide the highest level of sales, customer service and support to each customer.
- Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers.
- Be highly responsive to customers via emails, texts, walk-ins, telephone or any communication tools regarding product-related inquiries and features.
- Recognize customer problems and resolve them to customer's satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions.
- Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits to each customer in a professional and strategic manner.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or any other equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field or sales is required for this position although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): EN, BM, CN. Well-versed in other languages is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley & outstation.
