Responsibilities- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions through high-level outbound calling and engagement with potential clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, tracking and managing account info, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce
- Meet monthly KPIs, staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
