Sales and Business Development Manager

As an Electrification Specialist, you will contribute to the development of integrated digital technologies to control HVAC, lighting, shutters, and security.

Your primary focus will be on selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. You will also be responsible for preparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews, and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. If you are a self-starter and pro-active individual who is commercially astute and fluent in English, we encourage you to apply.

  • Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
  • Preparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews, and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Communicating details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions to customers, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
